| Jeffrey Morris is a native of Paulding County, having grown up in Hiram, GA. He is a 1996 graduate of Paulding County High School. In Spring of 2000, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Electronic Media from Berry College. Jeffrey has been intrested in video production since he was in middle school. He began as a wedding videographer with his father, Terry Dale Morris, when he was a sophomore in high school. Throughout his four years at Paulding County High School, he produced end-of-the-year videos for the Pride of Paulding Marching Band as well as various projects for classes. After graduating from PCHS, he attended Berry College in Mount Berry, GA. During his student career at Berry, Jeffrey worked as creator and producer on the program Slight Comedy on Berry's campus TV station, TV10 (now called Viking Vision). His senior year, he worked as the station manager for TV10. In Summer of 2002, Jeffrey earned a Master of Arts in Television, Film and New Media Production from San Diego State University. During his two years in San Diego, he wrote and directed two short films and also worked in production control and master control at KUSI 9/51. After graduating from San Diego State University, Jeffrey moved to Los Angeles where he worked at THX, Ltd. as a reviewer. He worked in quality control on DVD releases such as Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones; Monsters, Inc.; and the Indiana Jones trilogy. In May of 2003, Jeffrey made the decision to move back to Georgia to create his own video production company. From August of 2003 to April of 2006, he taught in the Communication department of his alma mater, Berry College, as a Visiting Instructor. He taught courses such as Television Studio Production, Video Field Production, Broadcast Writing, and Broadcast Management and Programming. Jeffrey is also part of the worship arts team at West Ridge Church in Dallas, GA. He plans on building Jeffrey Morris Videography into a full-service production and post-production facility to serve northwest Georgia and the southeastern United States. All of his experiences up until the present will help ensure that you receive the highest quality of video production using the latest methods and innovative techniques. |
